If you are having trouble connecting to the platform from a desktop computer, this might be caused by not updated DNS records.
In order to solve this problem please perform the following operation:
Open the Windows Command Line:
Go to your Windows Start Button – or press the Windows key on your Keyboard (next to Control)
Enter “CMD” and hit enter
A black box should open on your computer.
At the DOS prompt enter ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter. you should get a message that the DNS resolver was successfully flushed (see attached).
Re-open any browsers windows (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome) and try to reconnect.
